Our standard method for shipping is with Pos Malaysia for all orders register with tracking number.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Every items we are carefully inspected and taking every pictures to avoid fraud regarding to abuse of this policy.
If the order was filled as requested on your email we can not refund the cost of shipping. This includes both the original cost or any cost incurred thereafter pertaining to the exchange or refund.
All items must be returned (postmarked) within :
8 days of receipt/tracking number/posted- from Malaysia to Malaysia
Please include of proof of postage arrival marked. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect address will be cancelled and the cost of the merchandise refunded within 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made. In this case MugKaw will not refund the cost of shipping
MugKaw reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding returns.
Reservation.
Any reservations require 10% of the price which are not returnable. However, if the products defected or missing due to MugKaw we will refund fully without any hassles.
Payment.
Bank Transfer to CIMB account (account number details will be given with invoice)
